Called Lone Star on Monday. I had a broken window, they had someone in the area and he came overto look at it, I also had a replacement glass already for the window. I told them it was a single pane glass and the window was double pane. The guy looked at it and said he would come back the next day with a ladder and crew to replace it. Next day came and went with no one showing up.Finally showed up on Weednesday at noon. I had a call i needed to be on so i gave them the glass, showed them to the window and went back to work. ... read more
