I had my rv generator here for repair and when I drove 2.5 hours to pick it up it was not providing any electricity to the unit which has always been working. My bill was \$979 an still no electricity. I was told now needed 455 more in work even though i was told it was working 4days prior to my pu. Rick refused to accept any of the responsibility for fixing a problem that wasnt there when they got it. He said he was told to get it running not fix it. Wow s there a difference? Look....I almost never review anything. I read a couple other reviews regarding Lone Star and do feel compelled to warn others who may consider this place. I came across this as I am shopping for a new generator currently and it pulled up online. I would like to go here for my current need....but wouldnt consider it for a second. My advice is simply that you not go here.
