5 stars are not enough for Bennie and his crew. I was overwhelmed when a pipe burst in my ceiling and my ceiling came down. Bennie swooped in and held my hand through the whole process. I was overwhelmed and he talked me through everything. He was calm and reassuring and hands on. He was here to meet the insurance adjuster to make sure they did not miss any of the damage. Bennie, at lone star flood restoration has done a great Job, of extracting water from the carpet in my home. He's very patient and takes his time, with every detail of the job to ensure the work is done correctly. The cost is very affordable.
