Bennie and his crew are fantastic. They arrived almost immediately to assess my problem and took the time to do a very thorough investigation. Bennie laid out the options for addressing the issues and was very up front with what the costs could be. He worked to get me a successful result with the least cost. Thank you, Bennie! I highly recommend Lone Star Flood Restoration! Bennie, the owner, recently helped with some flooding in my condo. It was a bit of a nightmare with water in my AC closet, subfloor, and leaking into my downstairs neighbors' condo. Bennie not only dried the water but he also helped with my insurance company, gave invaluable advice in regards to my neighbor, and recommended a contractor to make repairs. If you’re looking for a professional, reliable, knowledgeable person call Bennie! He is amazing. Not only did he take care of my water clean up fast but he also guided me through the whole insurance claims process. He will go above and beyond to help you even after he’s gone! Did I mention that I rarely do google reviews, Bennie was that awesome that I had to take the time to recognize him here!

It was refreshing to work with Bennie after I had water damage in my home. Without being an alarmist, he quickly assessed what was needed and came prepared to get to work. He explained everything that needed to be done and quoted me a fair price. He followed up and made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I hope I never need his services again but if I do I won't hesitate to make him my first call.
