Began coming here to officially get my PCOS diagnosis in 2021. Communication has gone downhill over the last few years. When requesting medical records, they tell you to include specific information in the email to have the request in writing. That's not a big deal. What is a big deal is when you have requested medical records several times and they are never sent to you, even after requesting multiple times with the information they ask you to provide. Extremely hard to get a refill.
The front desk could be a little more knowledgeable about when the doctors will be in, so you can plan accordingly to see yours and avoid having to reschedule. They accept a wide range of insurance plans and are very professional. Dr. Norris is the best. Just double- and triple-check all your information. The receptionists are notorious for getting your information wrong, making remote sign-in impossible.
