The receptionist here are horrible
I've had past disappointment with Loan Star and had stopped going there altogether however, I don't like having to travel out of town to see a "good" doctor. My daughter encouraged me to request Dr. Clark so I did. She was very professional, kind, and gave the impression she actually cares about what concerns the clients. I would give no stars if I could. I have litterly been fighting with this office to get refills so I wouldn't go without my thyroid medication until I can see an endocrinologist. I have been trying to get my medications for 3 weeks. I called the office and gave the exact same information to them every time. They have yet to refill a medically necessary medications. I wouldn't recommend going to this Dr's office if you life depended upon it.
