Extremely hard to get a refill.
The front desk could be a little more knowledgeable about when the doctors will be in, so you can plan accordingly to see yours and avoid having to reschedule. They accept a wide range of insurance plans and are very professional. Dr. Norris is the best. Just double- and triple-check all your information. The receptionists are notorious for getting your information wrong, making remote sign-in impossible. Horrible experience…. the staff seems to have no issue with just lying. We are new to town and I brought my elderly mother here with symptoms of a urinary infection. The results came back positive and she needs medication. They contacted her and told her the prescription was sent to the CVS. We went to CVS, they had nothing and called the office again.
