Lone Star Executive Suites is an excellent resource! I had a half day meeting for a group of 10. I was impressed with the facility and all that was offered. I was warmly greeted at the door as was each person in my party. Our room had water, coffee, snacks, paper, pens, etc...more than I anticipated. We had use of the kitchen for our breakfast. The AV worked well and was easy to use. I highly recommend Lone Star and will use them again!

Lone Star Executive Suites is a gem. Warm, spotless, and beautifully designed—one of those places that instantly elevates whatever you’re there to do. The staff is kind, attentive, and clearly takes pride in the space. The meeting rooms are comfortable, quiet, and perfect for real work or real conversations.
Very nice conference room for the day. Bit of a challenge for parking when they are busy. Room was a bit warm but we turned down the lights which helped out quite a bit. I forgot my camera for the teams meeting and they provided a spare for me to use which was fantastic. Very close to main street Grapevine so easy to break out to lunch (Big Fish). Great experience working with the Lone Star team in getting meeting space for me and my team. Great setup, very reasonable and looking forward to using their facilities in the future. Would highly recommend!
