I loved Lone Star from day one I started four years ago. The community made me feel right at home. The coaches are exceptional!! As someone who had never tried CrossFit and started at the age of 42, the coaches met me where I was and they continue that mission to help everyone whatever their fitness level is and wherever they are at. And btw! I never thought I would be doing wall walks, rope climbing or hspu at my age, but the best part is that I feel better than ever!!
Dropped in for a week. Absolutely loved the gym, the people and the workouts. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed!!
