AVOID THIS COMIC BOOK SELLER AT ALL COSTS! My order went missing in shipment nearly one month ago (May 16th) after shipping a month ago. After contacting Skyler, twice, I have had little help (a ticket was opened with USPS, but Skyler thinks we should "wait a while longer" before escalating). NO OFFER OF A REPLACMENT. NO OFFER OF A REFUND. Worst customer service ever. AVOID THIS COMIC BOOK SELLER AT ALL COSTS!

AVOID THIS COMIC SELLER AT ALL COSTS. Had an order placed in May. It went missing in the Chicago area. After contacting Skyler, a couple of weeks ago, I've had little or no help from Skyler/ComicShop's end. It's been nearly ONE MONTH since the order went missing. NO OFFER OF A REPLACMENT, NO OFFER OF A REFUND. Skyler even had the temerity to suggest I should wait "a while longer" than the 30+ days I've been waiting. AVOID THIS COMIC BOOK SELLER AT ALL COSTS!

Positive: No doubt, this place has an immense selection of comic books to choose from and the shipping is reasonable. Negative: Their grading is a bit questionable. Some of their books, even though shows it as Near Mint, are actually Very Fine with noticeable creases and dings. Owner is stubborn, rude, and lacks proper business practices. Owner cares more about his political views, which is evident of his newsletter emails, by showing unprofessionalism and lack of empathy rather than forming new businesses with customers.

Buying comics from them is ok. DO NOT EVER SELL OR TRADE COMICS WITH THEM. You will get a burning sensation between you right and left butt cheek's' Their "grading" system is biased. And they claim that some book's weren't sent. A grade A company with grade A liars.

Asked them over email to put "Do not leave outside" on the package. Beth Abbott from MyComicShop.com said over email she would. I still have this email in my Hotmail account. My local post office looks for this on any packages of mine they get and WILL hold it at the post office if they see the words on the package. The package was left outside and went missing. Obviously the words were NOT written on the package as promised by Beth. Called them on 7/20/18 for refund and they were rude and would not even refund my shipping! ... read more

Stay away from this webpage if they sent your the wrong item they wont help you !! period !! ... plus Horrible costumer services ... supervisor Beth unhelpful and not willing to fix my order ... BE AWARE .... they send you a random comic so if you want the Newsstand or Direct edition you may receive the one comic that you dont need ... besides their website does not clarify any where which is which ...
