This place is a joke. Advisors are a joke. I ended up transferring to HCC and had a way more personable experience there. Thank you guys for giving me the worst college experience I've ever had.
The clerks at the testing center are very inattentive and are talkative amongst themselves. Upon being acknowledged, they sent an email requesting an exam and didn’t check their email again for over 30 minutes, as they were preoccupied speaking amongst eachother

I usually do not leave reviews. Most interactions I have had with Lone Star have been average or above average. I called the Financial Aid Office twice and spoke to Ali. Ali does not have the same values as the employees at Lone Star College. Ali (Financial Aid Office) refuses to let you speak to management and will hang up on callers. Ali has been rude and condescending. Ali hung up on me after stating, "I have to tell him my problem."
