Scary, unprofessional, perhaps untrained. Landlord sent him to clean ducts & I should've sent him away when he showed up in unmarked vehicle with a an 18 inch rusted out home in the side. The stink of gas fumes from the old van or the old cleaning system permiated my whole house & he kept testing the brush each time he came down the ladder!!! It sprayed filthy debris all over the house & even my face. He repeatedly was vacuuming his own shirt because obviously the system wasn't collecting the debris.
