La mejor atención que he tenido con El pediatra Armando Pérez, siempre resuelve mis dudas y adelanta los cambios que van surgiendo con la salud de mi hija. Las enfermeras son muy pacientes y las recepcionistas amables.
Our recent visit was extremely disappointing. Although my children are fully capable of calming down with proper support, the staff did not give us the opportunity to help our child regulate. While my spouse was calmly explaining the procedure and reassuring our child, both the nurse and the doctor grabbed our child and attempted to force compliance. Hoy tuve cita con mi niño en este sitio y quedé muy impresionada , encantada con el trato que recibí de todo el personal que me atendió y especialmente con el doctor y la enfermera que atendieron a mi niño. Doy 5 estrellas y más para ese pediatra , se ganó la confianza de mi niño, fue maravilloso su trato. Llegue 20 minutos antes a la cita y sin demora enseguida me atendieron . Me quedo con muy buena impresión , a mi me lo recomendaron y ahora lo recomiendo yo.
I would have it a 0 if I have the option. My father has a suspected lung tumor, they sent the referral to a retired doctor. And apparently I'm the problem. Utterly ridiculous, unprofessional. Actually, there's isn't even a doctor in the office either. Oh BTW, have you ever hang up by the healthcare staff before? I just did, that's a first.
