Service Dept. Whines The intial "hook" with price and a pleasant salesperson was maybe a tad better than average. After that all downhill. We overlooked the condensending attitude of the Sales Manager that seemed really full of himself and proceeded with the purchase through the salesperson that originally helped us. Shouldn't have done that. The signs of deceit were in front of us and we should have walked away. The kept mentioning a customer review to us that we would need to fill out before we left. sales or service I've always had very good service at Jeff D'Ambrosio Chevrolet whether it was when I looking at new cars or after the purchase. I use their service department for all of my needs because they are prompt and very easy to work with. I appreciate the availability of the lounge space so I can work or catch up on the days news in a relaxing environment.
