Celebrated my 30th birthday and hired Chef Justin as our private chef. We had a wonderful experience! He prepared beef tartare, steak, pasta, and crème brûlée, all absolutely delicious. The tartare was fantastic, and the crème brûlée was actually better than any my French friends have ever had (and they live in France ) — which is a huge compliment coming from them! I wish I could add more than 5 stars!! Our experience with Justin and Lone Star Chefs was above and beyond what we could have asked for. I booked with Lone Star Chefs for a friend's bachelorette party of 10 guests. Justin was professional, efficient, and brought the fun to our event. He arrived early and curated a meal that included so many amazing and unique flavors. Chef Justin was awesome. He worked with us to develop a menu that was perfect for the occasion. And the food was #1!!
This was the best experience! I booked to have a fun evening for my sisters bachelorette and everything was beyond seamless. Chefs came and prepped for a few hours and set the table and brought flowers. We LOVED the food and they cleaned up so nicely. Leftovers were all packaged up. I would definitely hire them again!
Justin doesn’t just serve delicious food, although that is true, he creates an experience. That experience is one we will remember for many years to come. I’m hesitant to even write a review out of fear he might become too busy, but the dude deserves every bit of it. Would recommend without question!
