I had a white rug cleaned here and it was not a good experience. The tech came to pick up the rug and said he would have it back in a few days, but that didn't happen. After nearly two weeks, I called in and they said they would get it back to me the next day. The tech said he would get here at 5pm and finally showed up at 9pm. When he arrived, the rug was still damp and had new stains from the cleaning process.
