Dr. Bhachawat is amazing! He has been by our side every step of the way through this journey; always with my mom’s best interest in mind. He takes his time in every appointment and always answers emergency calls immediately….even nights and weekends! His front office staff is also fantastic, always ready to help answer questions and facilitate appointments and labs. I highly recommend Lone Star Cancer Associates!!

I am appalled by the treatment my family received at this clinic. We brought my father-in-law for his first oncology appointment after a tough diagnosis. Our whole family was invited to attend, but when we arrived, the staff acted like we were a burden. The building itself was run-down, depressing, and completely inappropriate for a cancer clinic—peeling contact paper on desks, mismatched art, rusted IV stands, and they even charged $1 for disposable masks. If there was any lower rating , I would give it. Took my dad today for his 1st appointment. The doctor asked the family if we had any questions. I proceeded to voice my concerns about how we have been treated up to visiting him. He tried to interrupt me and I told him to wait until I was finished. He responded "1st off, I will not longer see him." The whole family was shocked when he told us to find another oncologist. Hope you all read his reviews.
