worst customer service ever, we were referred by insurance to get an estimate from here to be able to repair our car. Guy accused me of trying to do fraud and did not deliver proper communication. I will be complaining to the insurance about this place. Seeing a lot of the reviews makes sense. Lone Start Cadillac please find a new team that it’s willing to treat their customers with respect no matter the sex, color or religion. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. please don’t go here.
