Absolutely recommend. Heather and team embody "white glove service." Incredibly helpful not just with finding benefit options during open enrollment, but also throughout the year, whether there is an admin or employee question (at any time of day no less!). They look out for what is best for employees and companies. Am grateful to work (and rely!) on them. In a last minute decision, our organization decided to add health insurance benefits for our team for the upcoming fiscal year on the last Friday of the month. Garret was fantastic with expediting the process to get everything submitted by end of day. I am so incredibly impressed by LSB’s dedication, helpfulness, and excellent response time.
