Tyler and his team installed a new awning for us at bank renovation project in Pflugerville. Communication was excellent and awning install on schedule. It looks great!

I'm not impressed--apparently Todd doesn't need any business. I called and asked to have an estimate made for a new patio cover, their ad says "free estimates"--haven't heard a word from them since, so I called back today--Todd says his man is out due to COVID--okay, but no one mentioned that this would be a problem, and no one has called me back to say that this was the case and that there will be a delay--??? and when I mentioned that I felt rather neglected by the fact that I haven't heard from them he now takes a tone th... read more

Waiting for Tyler to arrive. 40 minutes past time I called him. He said he was here, rang doorbell. I did not answer because it is not working. Why would you not knock? I have 3 dogs who would have alerted me. If you have time to waste call this company. He could arrange to come back next week. No!!
