Home Warranty suggested them. They were supposed to call and schedule yet they just scheduled me without contacting. I called to ask about it and Brandi was very rude and hung up on me. I would never suggest anyone to work with.

I strongly advise others to think twice before using this company. My home warranty assigned them to me, and they were supposed to contact me to schedule service. Instead, they set an appointment without ever reaching out. When I called to clarify, Brandi was dismissive, unprofessional, and ultimately hung up on me. The lack of communication and poor customer service were unacceptable. I immediately contacted my home warranty company and requested a different provider. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had a dishwasher installed which I purchased from Best Buy and Jimmie was the technician for the installation. I want to recommend Jimmie on an outstanding installation. He was on time, prompt and professional. He was very efficient since he had years of experience in knowledge of the dishwasher.
