Edited with details of the complete incompetence of this company. Hands down the worst experience that I’ve had when dealing with a company! My dishwasher all of a sudden wouldn’t turn on, so I called the home warranty and they had a tech from Lone Star come out. When the tech arrived, I told him that it wouldn’t turn on and he said that without a doubt it was the control board. He told me that it would take a week or 2 for the part to come in. came out in a timely manner had to order parts and deal with home warranty and still got back out within 2 weeks to fix it would highly recommend WT did the work so nice and professional
Excellent service. WT was professional and informative while being enjoyable to speak with. We definitely will call Lone Star Appliance Repair and WT if the need arises in the future.
