I have called for two weeks to talk to someone about my bill and everyday I get transferred to a voicemail without a call back. It is comical at this point. If this is how they handle phone calls, can you imagine how they handle patient care...

Used this service to transport my mother from her home to the rehabilitation hospital. Robert, the driver, was thoughtful, courteous, and friendly.

My mother was to be transported from Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills to the rehab center at 8pm, at 9pm the hospital had to call and find out where they were ( no courtesy call to say hey, we're running late) they then said they'd be there in 15 mins....it is now 9:25. My mother had surgery and has been waiting way too. Not happy. Why in the world would the hospital use this company 🤔
