I was desperately in need of help. My water heater just suddenly stopped working on a Saturday night. Eduard quickly got out on a Saturday like a superhero to the rescue! The associate that came out was very friendly; no problems with him at all. The owner was rude. I do not recommend this company. His customer service was horrific. All he did was change a freaking lightbulb and wanted to charge me $100 for it. At the time of the issue, it seemed to be electrical. I used MY OWN LIGHT BULB.
