I am just so grateful for how amazing this office has been! It is hard to find providers and staff who care about you and your goals, but this place and the staff are so attentive to their patients. From reception to MA to provider, you can feel that you are cared for! I am especially impressed with how good the staff is on getting back to patients who have labs or who leave voicemails or have questions. Dr Pack and her staff are absolutely the best ! They provided a top notch experience with my surgery. Excellent communication and follow everything went very smooth
New patient; office rescheduled and receptionist was combative about an electronic copy of my insurance to the point of my walking out without being seen. Insane. Would not recommend to anyone, particularly not individuals requiring trauma informed care. EDIT: The office manager did follow up with me about this and was very empathetic and patient.
