I'm glad I finally decided to move on from Lone Peak OB/Gyn. I decided to get a second opinion on an issue I've been having for over 2 months and was not getting the help I needed for it. I've found a new ob/gyn office and after one visit I know I'm in much better care. If you feel like you're not getting the care you need I highly recommend finding a new clinic. Dr Pack and her team are just so welcoming and make me feel important. They're sensitive to my situation and Dr Pack was just as excited as me to see that little baby today.
For being a OB office they should really pick up the phones! Every single time I call NO ONE picks up the phones. NO ONE gets back to you either. Only reason I haven’t switched is Dr. Orr
The wait time is always very short, the staff are always friendly, the clinic is always clean, and Eve is always amazing to work with.
I had a negative experience here and would not recommend this place to others.
