I’m so glad to have found this office. Dr. Orr takes the time to listen and fully explain things. She’s trauma informed and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the appointment.
Dr. Pack and her staff have been exceptional to work with. They are kind and compassionate. Dr. Pack is a doctor that will thoroughly explain things to you and allows you to ask all the questions you need answered. She truly listens to those questions, too. I have had doctors that I feel like they are rushing me out the door without listening to my questions or concerns.
My best medical experiences have been at this practice! Dr. Orr is very attentive, communicative and takes all my concerns seriously. All the staff from the moment I walk in to when I leave are very kind and helpful. During my latest visit they were running a bit behind and kept me updated and communicated when I should be expected to be seen, which was very appreciated.
Dr. Pack is fantastic. She’s so bright and confident but also kind and easy to work with. I had a fantastic labor and delivery experience with her as my doctor. My doula was quite pleased too to have found an OB she can recommend. Dr. Pack was clear in communicating, she accommodated my birth wishes as long and baby and I were safe, and she helped me have a wonderful experience.
