The doctors are very helpful, but even if your insurance plan covers hearing aids, Lone Peak Audiology will not file your claims (even if they are in network). Patients are required to pay out of pocket and told by the doctor that you will get "all the help needed" to file the claim. I was given the wrong information by the office manager the first time I filed the claim myself. When I call the office manager for help to get the correct information, I was ghosted. Figuring it all out the hard way myself.
This place is very disorganized and poorly run. We received notifications for appointments twice that we confirmed, and when we got there, we had no appointment... both times! Whoever runs the text messages is terrible at their job. We are leaving this office never to return.
My husband George and I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our experience with Lone Peak Audiology and Dr. Richard Bird. We give the highest rating possible.
I'm so grateful I met Kylie, she is an amazing doctor and very thorough. She has a wonderful disposition and makes you feel "at home" - which makes her darn near perfect!!
Dr. Willson was very accommodating. She fit me in to make hearing aid adjustments. She was willing to spend time listening to my ideas and situation in order to make my hearing aid experience the best possible.
