They did a fantastic job on my new fence. It was so nice of them to haul away my old one as well. They were professional and finished in a timely manner. Thank you!
After 3 months, I am so disappointed. I wish I had inspected it more thoroughly before paying it off, because after 3 months and several reminders, it is still missing a picket and a post cap, and one of the gates is leaning so it hits the post when you close it. I specifically instructed them to make sure the pickets met the ground to keep critters out, but one side is so far off the ground that I can stick my foot under it. JD does not show up when he says he will and does not communicate.
I have mixed feelings. He gave good advice and the fence is great. I wish I had inspected it more thoroughly before paying it off, because after 2 months and several reminders, it is still missing a couple of pickets and post caps, and one of the gates is starting to lean.
JD and his crew did a great job on our fence. Would recommend them to anyone!
