I am giving 5 stars initially but overall will be a 4 untill ive lived here a bit. Kailie is the reason for 5 stars. She was amazing and went above and beyond to secure an Appartment. She more then answered out questions she elaborated them and gave us new knowlege. She didnt show frustration and kept composure ,very friendly and informative. Infested with roaches
Mom got an apartment here it was good. They offered to move her to a new apartment on the first floor. She accepted. After moving in she noticed roaches. Let the office know and they hired the worst pest control service imaginable. Afterwards the infestation has increased 10 fold, even though we had repeated treatments for 7 months. We soon found out the whole building was infested. Seems they intentionally upsold a nice apartment and baited my mom into moving into a roach nest building.
