Been here for a while! The front office has always helped me with any questions I have and Johnny has worked his best to get me into my new unit! Appreciate all of the help and how easy they are to get a hold of!
I finally figured this review thing out! I am getting ready to make Lone Oak my new home for my boys and I. The ladies are so nice and welcoming even with all of my emails! Ready for our new beginning!

If you’re like me, you look at reviews and I so hope you’re reading mine! Lone Oak staff was so welcoming, from taking calls all day from me (sorry lol), to their smiling faces the moment you walk through the door, and how they show empathy and kindness, I just knew I made the right choice moving here to this community. We moved our daughter into this complex a couple years ago. Prior management kept overlooking or patching her ac that kept going out. Newer manager Johnny took care of it in the most professional way anyone could expect. Another tenant had been problematic being very rude, loud and making racial comments. When called and provided video evidence of her behavior he quickly and professionally handled it. The apartments have a beautiful well kept pool with cabanas and barbque grills.
