if you are moving here make sure you record and document every single communication you have with staff and team members. management has gone down hill and issues are no longer addressed. there has been glass on the sidewalk for days after multiple notifications to staff. gotta love a safe environment for children and pets
*Update* I'm getting close to the 1 year mark here and I have to say that it has been the most relaxing, peaceful community I have ever experienced! I love it here! I've upgraded to a bigger unit on a bottom floor which was the smoothest move ever and as always the staff has been super friendly and on top of any issues that have arose. If your looking for a place to call home, stop by and check them out! You won't regret it! Kalei is amazing! She always makes sure residents have their questions answered and goes above and beyond to help anyway she can! She’s definitely a great asset to the Lone Oak team!
