Lone Oak staff was so welcoming, from taking calls all day from me (sorry lol), to their smiling faces the moment you walk through the door, and how they show empathy and kindness, I just knew I made the right choice moving here to this community. We moved our daughter into this complex a couple years ago. Prior management kept overlooking or patching her ac that kept going out. Newer manager Johnny took care of it in the most professional way anyone could expect. Another tenant had been problematic being very rude, loud and making racial comments. When called and provided video evidence of her behavior he quickly and professionally handled it. The apartments have a beautiful well kept pool with cabanas and barbque grills. I’ve been living here for a year now, this place has been amazing from the staff in the office to the gym, pool, and dog park!!! And big shoutout to the office they will jump thru hoops to make sure all is well in your apartment!!
I would like to say I have lived her for a year and this is the best apartment I have ever been at. The staff is the best if you’re looking for a great apartment complex it is here. Go in and ask for Johnny he is the best. He really cares about the tenants. He has always answered all my questions and if you need anything fixed he is on top of it. Thank you so much you are the reason I am staying another year🙂🙂🙂
