My wife did work as an interior designer for one of the owners of Lone Mountain Ranch, Paul Makarechian. Mr. Makarechian paid all his invoices but the last one, totaling 40k. In good faith we thought he would eventually pay, he had paid his previous invoices so we had no reason to distrust him.
