Made reservations for the Sleigh ride dinner. Couple of weeks later receive a notification that our reservation is being cancelled because they booked a private event during our reserved time. Our travel plans were are already in place with non refundable deposits. Lone Mountain Ranch’s response when we notified them that they are causing us damages did not acknowledge any wrong doing and treated us like they could care less what they did. I absolutely LOVED this place. My husband and I went for just 2 nights (we did the all inclusive package) and I wish we stayed longer. The food and accommodations were amazing but the horse program is INCREDIBLE. We did a ton of trail riding and a horse & rider lesson with Logan (one of the wranglers) and she was SO helpful and SO sweet. If you enjoy horseback riding and you are on the fence, GO!!!
