Unreliable and unprofessional. Never on time. Repeatedly cancelled appointments same day. Installed a unit that broke 15 minutes after they left and refused to return and correct it. Said would come next day first thing and then called 30 minutes before to cancel. Had to hire another contractor to fix a bad install. Left me with a non-working unit with temps in the 80s to 90. Beware.would never use again.
