When I first moved in here it was no problem or anything like that everything was okay but now I've been here like probably over 4 years I think it's a lot of stuff that goes on in this building and not being taken care washer and dryer price went up not getting a letter or anything saying that it went up it went up to $2 wash and dry half of the washer don't even work I am looking very hard for a place
The is a extremely bad neighborhood on 1 side and quiet but still somewhat bad!! Extremely low prices especially being in Gaithersburg! Which is number 2 of the highest cost of living cities in Maryland.
I've been visiting my grandparents for the past 30 years. I've never had an issue with visitor parking or towing until now. Apparently there's a new policy where your car will get towed if you don't have a visitors pass. However, there are NO signs in the VISITOR parking that indicate this new policy, nor is there a phone number or address for the towing company. Don't plan on surprise visiting family members.
