I was referred by our family dentist to have my son's wisdom teeth looked at. We showed up and was given a ton of paperwork to fill out and then waited forever to be seen. The dental assistant told us they are going to do a full mouth x ray. I asked if it was covered by my insurance since we were not sure if we were going to move forward with the procedure. Unfortunately, I needed to have a tooth extracted due to an abscess. This is no fun. I was referred to Dr. Malik by a colleague and it was the best decision I made. Dr. Malik and his assistant Nicole were the dream team. They provided both emotional and practical support during the procedure and gave clear instructions for aftercare.
