Within a day of contacting this Dodge dealership, I had a new key fob for my car. It is a very busy dealership so I waited a bit longer than I expected. But the staff were very good & Daralyn was especially patient & helpful.
I had an excellent experience at the parts service counter. The lady, Kassie was knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful in making sure I got the exact parts I needed. They took the time to explain options and double-check compatibility, which saved me a lot of hassle. Great customer service and I’ll definitely be coming back.
i got a new (to me) car here and had it delivered to calgary. upon delivery there was some damage that wasn’t disclosed in the ad and tbh it was extremely upsetting. if it ended there this review would be a 1 star but Pete has gone out of his way to make sure all the damage is fixed and covered and the dealership has gone out of their way to do the right thing. i cannot recommend these guys enough and if any of my friends are buying cars i’ll tell them to check this dealership out (and maybe skip the delivery and drive the c... read more
I first got a car March 2024 a 2020 equinix. Started having problems 5 months after. Took it to them, told me nothing wrong. Then took it back again twice wasn't even treated nicely maybe they thought I was crazy. Then the big cherry on top, I took it back Aug 2025 and they found 4 things wrong with it. I had to pay each time too btw even though I bought warranty. I am now trying to send email to manager and see what happens.
