I had my car repaired at Londonderry Collision on 130 Ave in Edmonton after a break-in, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The team was friendly, and super easy to deal with. The staff kept me updated throughout the repair process, letting me know what was happening and when to expect my car back. Overall very bad experience communication was horrible, My vehicle had a minor hit I took it over there and not once that anybody told me that I needed a police check clearance meaning pictures and documented so I can get that sticker on the vehicle. The day that I took my vehicle for repair the lady at the front desk was telling me that I needed to take it to the police station first before the repair can start. I asked her why did anybody tell me when I had my vehicle there a couple of weeks ago doing an estimate. She had ... read more
