They cancelled an appt I had waited 3 months for, which was urgent, and the ladies at the desk didn’t do anything to rectify the problem. Just went to st Joseph’s emergency, exponentially more accommodating over there
Very pleasant receptionist!
Went in for my appointment and apparently it was cancelled as it was not confirmed. I never received a phone call or a voice mail. If I had received any I could have called back as I needed this ultrasound so bad. It was so disappointing coming in with a full bladder for nothing. I would not book again at any London xray, my health center is always better.
I've gone here about three times as it is not too far from me. I always get fast service and kind service.
