Staff are kind and efficient. I wouldn't let the $4 parking fee deter you, seriously impressed with this clinic. Thank you for your amazing service.
Timely and organized
Excellent work, staff was very good.
I was 10 minutes late for an anatomy scan (time sensitive, and already two days away from the max date because they couldn’t do it any sooner) because of the weather and my child care cancelling last minute. I called them from 8:45 on until I got a voicemail to let them know I would be ten minutes late, and they refused to do it. After calling other places to find a new appt I found out they could have done as much of the scan as possible in the time frame they had and left the rest for another time.
Front staff was nice, I was there for an ultrasound where I had to drink plenty of water, but technician was making me guilty for “taking so much time” to partially empty my beyond filled bladder as there are “other patients waiting”. Filled bladder could be painful, she should understand. I rarely get referred by my family doctor and since I’m so busy with work, I’m not really fighting for referrals and now that I got referred to a specialist, I get BS with the test.
