Im not sure why all the negative reviews on here. I was just in there. Staff are friendly. The guy who did the blood work was amazing. Very kind and professional. I never felt a thing . And I hate needles. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Don’t judge by the negative reviews on here. I didn’t.
I brought in my 5 year old close to closing time. We were greeted with friendly faces who went above and beyond to make my anxious child feel better. The technician also was very friendly and patient. We were in and out very quickly. This was very appreciated after a rough day. Thank you!
The staff is amazing in the x-ray unit at this location. I’m amazed by their care, friendliness, and professionalism. They are all very good at their jobs. However, I wish the facility offered segregated stalls. There were a few men who were changing in stalls right next to where women were also changing out of their clothes either to put on the gowns or to put their clothes back on. I think privacy would be greatly beneficial and deeply appreciated.
I received an email to confirm my appt, which I did promptly. Second email, same thing, so I reconfirmed again. An hour before the appt, I received a vm indicating that I hadn't confirmed, and they were cancelling the appt. Confused, I called them at the time that I should have been leaving for the appt, because I didn't want to waste my time. The receptionist said that the automated system doesn't know whether the patient has already confirmed, so it automatically sends another notification. No respect for the patient's val... read more
