Came here for a walk in X Ray apt. There were 4 people ahead of me. She told me it would be a 50 min wait. Ok….She was right but it was 60 min. Then another tech took me to a stall where you put on a gown, I was left there for 30 min. What kind of system does this? Why do they allow walk in at all? Just make everyone make an apt and then people will not be in this situation! Terrible way to handle important health checks. Do not do walk in here ever, always make an apt.
The staff were friendly when I went there for my chest X-ray on a Tuesday. I never got a call from family doctor until Friday. When I called family doctor, they said they did not receive any report from London Xray. So I called their customer care number, the agent said they sent it already. When I told her that the family doctor didn’t receive any report, she said, they had issues with fax..sending it again… I have been waiting on report to get my medication.
Very polite, wait time was very short! Very informative, when I asked questions. Bonus was he didn’t leave a bruise when he took my blood.
Im not sure why all the negative reviews on here. I was just in there. Staff are friendly. The guy who did the blood work was amazing. Very kind and professional. I never felt a thing . And I hate needles. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Don’t judge by the negative reviews on here. I didn’t.
