Receptionist could have been a little nicer. Makes you feel like an inconvenience
I visited the Boler Road X-ray clinic on Wednesday July 9 at the noon hour. I was a walk-in. No appointment. It was my first time here. I normally go to Bradley, but this is closer to home. I got a requisition from my GP the day before. The receptionist said it could be an hour and a half. I was fine with that given I didn't have an appointment. Worst experience of my life at an ultrasound clinic. Made an appointment over a month ago, confirmed the appointment a week before, and double confirmed by calling them 2 days before my appt to make sure of the pre op instructions and address. They confirmed everything with me. Showed up to the address THEY CONFIRMED.. got told I was supposed to go to another location, I made it clear that I double checked and this is the address I was told to come to.. receptionist just said “sorry.. this happens sometimes”.
