I’m very very upset and will be filling complaints abo it this company. Covid was such an unfortunate event, it’s been two years since things have happened and I want my money back. It was non refundable yes!!! But because of Covid we should be able to get our money back. This is really outrageous. I will be going to all lengths to get my money back. Just a comment on the building where the business is. This is a unique building that was designed by one of Alberta’s most respected architects and also designed the Alberta Legislature Building, Allan Merrick Jeffers. It’s been around since 1917.
I had booked an event for April 26, paid down payment then covid19 happen so we had to cancel. Despite numerous emails and calls, no response from them. Hard earned money (especially these tough times) gone! Stay away from them! EDIT: Wow, so you guys are active now. I cancelled on March 22, you replied back to me on June. All the local vendors I provided downpayment refunded me 100% from the caterer to the photographer - no questions asked because it's the right thing to do.
