Looks like they changed the name so the rating wouldn’t be so bad. Here’s my previous review: We brought our cat for surgery and they said they’d need to evaluate to see if they would perform the surgery. They did a scan and said that the scan was useless in that area so they would see how the cat did overnight. In the morning they told us they had done 3 more scans all of which were useless (which we already knew) and they wouldn’t do the surgery. $3000. It’s a shame this place still exists. I went here with my cat in a very serious condition to find that they are closed from Friday to Monday now. Disgusting. We are a major city that doesn't have an emergency vet ?? Had to drive to Brantford at 1am to get care for my pet who needed immediate attention. Why do we not have an open emergency vet in London on a weekend ????
