Since several years I am living in an apartment in London tower, apart of other problems, I faced a very bad situation that the neighbor who is living above me, all the night they are fighting badly, screaming, crying, beating each others, running in the meddle of the night on the floor, shouting, throwing things on the floor. Do not ignore the one star reviews!!! They are there for a reason. My experience with management was extremely disappointing. The property manager was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful in their communication, which is completely unacceptable when you’re considering somewhere to live. When I toured, there were multiple landlord specials. On top of that, there were random Dollar General carts outside, and the apartment doors did not look secure at all. Moved here since November 1st and I can’t express enough how grateful I am I made this move . Everyone at the office are down to earth. They answered all my question. Me being someone that has questions for everything,they never made me feel like I was bothering them . My apartment is beautiful. Beyond satisfied. The apartment complex is quiet and clean . I had a review a while ago about how horrible my experience was with this place, but they removed it so I'm readding my one star because they're not getting away with removing it. I was not evicted always payed my rent on time or early they now have to lie to try to look good that shows enough
