We have been living here for 3 years and I can tell you that it is one of the best quiet and safe areas but the apartments do not have the best conditions the list of problems is extensive and no one worries about that -Old apartments with plumbing problems, pests, foundation, etc. -The 2 pools are closed all the time due to maintenance problems, algae and others.
