If I could rate 0 I would !!! They are charging me 4600$ for a move out fee from 2022! And put it on my credit. Rebeca the landlord never did a walk through in my apartment but demanded i be out by the date my lease ended then charged me 4600$!!! Genesis debt is saying it’s for a move out fee because I never made London towers aware I was moving out. But look at the photos provided. Proof I was moving out !!! The have bad service bad apartment and it is not even clean
Office staff is very good, good personality, a real peach. London Towers is a nice place to live.
I moved here about 2 years ago from Kansas and can say I have had ZERO problems, clean property well maintained and in the two years that I have lived here have never seen any bug which is Awesome!! Management staff is awesome I love Rebecca the Manager, the maintenance men are prompt, clean and know their job! Would Highly recommend London Towers!
If I could give lower I would. The door is barely attached and I just went on a 4 day trip. The manger of the building called telling us maintenance had to come in when we were gone. They couldn't wait one more day. The same Maintenance that we've had issues with multiple times already with budging into our house without knocking and things of that nature.
