Two guys came. Supposed to telephone 30 minutes before as I live at different place. I have shown them I have requested they reply they don’t telephone, they send messages. I showed my phone to there is no message. Then they argued this house was not cleaned since it’s built as there is no cut in the duct. I told them we cleaned every year sometime after two years.
