The LSRI team provided excellent customer service and were incredibly responsive. Booking was easy and I secured a same day appointment. Within an hour, I received my consultation report. They referred me for an MRI scan, and a follow up results consultation was available within 12 hours of the scan. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this service. From my first enquiry, they were extremely quick to respond and very professional throughout the whole process. I had a video consultation on the same day and my MRI was booked just three days later, which was incredibly helpful given how much pain I was in and how worried I was about my injury. He quickly identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and guided me through a complete recovery plan. The clinic in Pinner and Harley Street is modern, welcoming, and very professional. Very detailed orientated. Great customer service. I requested an MRI and got within two days. It was very clean and very comfortable at the clinic in waterloo. Staff were very friendly. The radiologist Prashant called me and explained my results. Great staff, great service and great aftercare. Highly recommend for all your imaging needs!
