It's clean, quiet and there is a great sense of community. Security drives around every night and there is always something to do. London Spires is pet-friendly and management has an open door policy. As one of the managers, this is the best park I have ever had the privilege to manage. Corporate owners are fair with their policies and residents are awesome.
New Management is running London Spires now. In the year that Steve and Maria have been here their have been many upgrades and changes in the parks appearance. They are now starting to have events for the community. Party's in the Club House on the Holidays and Bingo 2 times a month. They are off to a great start of turning the park around.
Natural Gas Can Kill I have lived here 7 years and things were good at first. A woman ran a tight ship. She would go out of her way to make people safe. And things got done not later but now. Well thats changed here sorry to say. Over a month ago I asked the manager to move the gas meter away from the house. The pipes are hitting the house and we have earthquakes here. I guess he dosnt care about my worry to burn up. He twisted the pipes too far now there is a danger. He dosnt have a license to do that work. Not happy here n... read more
