I had a brilliant experience with Mark the Physio. Very friendly and kind, and also made me laugh a few times. That's brilliant, considering I was in pain, haha. Reception staff were also very kind respectful.
24 December. Ty doctor Helen Norquay and Reception ladies for seeing me twice and appreciated the time you took listening and getting medical help I required . Am a bit vague on everything that happened. Happy new year to you all .Quality service 5 ⭐
Was on the phone on hold for an hour and I just keep getting told 'we're taking emergency appointments only blah blah blah' I have a lot of undiagnosed issues going on because of this and it's really upsetting me I'm definitely looking for a different GP because these lot are useless 0 stars if I could give that score
Can't ever get a hold of them even though I called from 8 am on the dot then when I actually do manage to get through after an hour of them saying closed in the answering machine even though it said on the website opens 8 am there always full up on appointments somehow
