The staff here were comforting...professional...compassionate and gave excellent customer service....The facilities were very clean and bright
Ive had the unfortunate experience of having the try and deal with this clinic and its a nightmare. All the staff ive delt with were incredibly rude and dismissive of my pets issues. They are miserable and jaded people who seem like theyre there to refuse you service for whatever host of reasons they can come up with, with some ataff contradicting others. This the type of place that makes you feel like your pet is least important thing going on. They had the nerve to tell me my pet didnt look that bad . They denied him help ... read more

Our dog came into the clinic around 7:00 pm and was completely ignored by the vet on staff. Between myself, my son and my wife we waited over 10 hours. This used to be a good place but I think it’s been run by new vets. Apparently they can tell what is priority and what isn’t without even looking at your pet. If I could leave a 0 star I would. I believe they are picking and choosing.
