Sat here for 5 hours with my puppy, he had blood dripping from his penis and we were not seen for 5 hours. We sat in a room watching people come and go without seeing a single face after the initial triage. Finally after 5 hours the vet came in and attempted to check my dog and after 2 seconds of “checking” he immediately insisted we sedate our dog. I would like to thank the staff for their great service and compassion I received when looking after Benny and for the blanket.
Brought my pregnant dog here years ago because she had been in labor for 4 hours trying to push out a large puppy. They knew what she was in for yet they weren't prepared and when I came out of the room and told them she was having difficulty with another puppy it took them 10 minutes to come to my room so I went back out to the front desk where the lady was speaking to an old woman with her poodle, the poodle apparently ate some small chocolate but was perfectly fine while my puppy was suffocating in the birth canal. Incredible experience! The staff were very focused on providing quality emergency treatment to my dog after having surgery complications (from a different clinic). Fantastic communication of aftercare.
I just want to say thank you to all the staff that attended and looked after our 11 month Puppy Beaux. We felt very comfortable, leaving him in your care and expertise and are very grateful for being able to bring him home. He is very happy to be home and is on the mend. Thank you again for all your care and compassion.
