My experience has been a very positive one from the volunteer who showed us around the first day to the doctors, nurses, receptionists, pharmacists, lab techs and anyone else I have forgotten. We are so blessed to have the Verspeeten family Cancer clinic in London.
The pharmacist are super angels, hard working, very busy but smiling and helping all the time and doing their maximum best to get things done and they offer extra assistance even it’s not their job to do They extremely patient Thank you all and I can’t that you enough
You can feel the goodness and the healing when you walk through the door.
The best people with great skills and equipment. Everybody just wants you cured the quickest possible way. Saved my life.
My mother is a breast Cancer patient and this place has brought her nothing but stress. The receptionists working there are extremely rude and have no compassion whatsoever! They make you feel like simply calling is a burden on them, let alone actually going there and speaking with them. I have never seen worse service, especially for a healthcare clinic.
