World class everything
Since I have been diagnosed just in July and I felt my world just fell apart. So when I met with my medical oncologist and everyone has been supporting as my health care team takes time to listen to me and when I went to get my bloodwork done. I was upset as I was starting to lose my hair. So she told me about the hats, scarves and wig store.

I am trying to stay positive that my experience will improve. I was offered to stay at the hotel during my care but declined because I have other underlying medical conditions that sleeping in my own bed helps to manage. I have learned that there are many other services that I could have access to like Wheels of Hope. This was not shared with me. But now down to a few visits I will continue to drive myself. W haven’t been in the clinic since pre Covid. We were greeted by a volunteer and she explained the entire clinic, got a wheelchair for my husband (long walk) and escorted us to the clinic waiting room. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The doctor and his resident took their time and explained everything and answered all our questions. We spent 90 minutes with them and had a clear understanding of next steps for my husband.
