I discovered my hot tub had broken down on Friday January 31/2025. I emailed the service manager shortly afterwards around 6:00pm. He gave me directions to put a heater in the cabinet. First thing Monday morning a tech arrived and fixed a loose connection. This is the reason why I deal with Beachcomber, they genuinely care about their clients. Thank you Beachcomber for the great service!!!
Hot tub had an issue the other day. We went to get in it but it was half full and lost water. We immediately shut down the tub as it was sucking air and we placed an incandescent lamp under the steps to prevent freezing. We put in a service order to get repairs. We were concerned and Jeff the owner called us and alleviated our concerns and made certain we had service as soon as possible. Technician came out and solved the problem instantly. I contacted Beachcomber London when the repair guy I had called couldn't keep our appointment due to illness. He recommended that I call Beachcomber. I wasn't sure what to expect since I own a competing brand. But the experience was awesome! Next day appointment, arrived on time, repair work done quickly and effectively, very fair price and friendly, efficient services from all who I encountered. Good job Beachcomber. I'll call you first for any future repairs.
Super challenging. Apparently someone came to measure my pool liner. No confirmation or follow up after the apparent measurement. I did not need a confirmation they would come but want to share that, since they also did not follow up after. We have called 3 times looking for the update and quote for pool liner. Concern is they cannot tell me who came to my backyard to take the measurement's but have shared there are only a couple of people it could be.
