Very bad service. They don't even know what customer service means.bought a lot of stuff from them since I was doing my bathroom again.can't believe they gave me a used toilet seat chipped and no nuts to screw it in.when I came back to change it they start talking all sorts of nonsense.now I know why not to go to small plumbing shops. You think your doing a favour by helping small buisness. But they tend rob you for every penny.please be aware of this kind of scams you'll expect it from london plumbing

AVOID, bad experience with a curved radiator, poor communication. Waited 3 weeks. All renovation was on hold. No radiator received. What a waste of time. full refund issued.
