Say goodbye to hot showers (especially in the morning), there is only one shared water heater, at least for the whole floor, and the water pressure is very low. Your water bill will be about $100. There is no parking after sunset. You can hear your neighbors, the trash shoot, people in the hall, and the fire station across the street. There are no security cameras.
One star is too much for this place. If you want to throw your money this is a great place for you! Unprofessional guest services, they laughed at me when i told them my car was towed. no parking spaces most days after midnight, i was told its my problem to find parking and was towed when days i couldnt find parking. They made it look like this is a friendly comunity at first when they sale them self but trust me it is not!!
i hate it ,There isn't no parking for our visitors, they come they have a dead line to leave of be towed,that very rule of them special with the rent that we all pay here, they really dont care, and i see this isn't no concern of their just as long as they get the rent, they should at least let people know, not let them sign in to a contract than they have to fine out on their own!!!!
The management team needs to be more responsive when tenets have valid requests.... it shouldn't take 2 years to fix a dryer!!! The water problems require shutting off the water a couple times each month!
