Wow, the maintenance team here is amazing, and I want to specifically thank Abdul! My microwave broke, and I submitted a request Wednesday night. I figured I would have to wait a week or so to microwave food again... which would be annoying. But Abdul came the next day to check out the situation, and by Friday (today!) my microwave is working again. Really amazing and fast work by the maintenance team as always; I'm used to this taking ~a week in previous residences. Also, great place to live for a variety of reasons.
Abdul from the maintenance team is an absolute legend. He’s always friendly and happy, explains things so that everything is clear, and keeps going until he has found and fixed the problem. After putting in the maintenance request he was at our apartment within an hour and fixed all of our bathroom issues in no time. Always a 10/10 experience!
The staff at London Normandy are truly exceptional. Nicole at the leasing office is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make the entire leasing process smooth and welcoming. I’ve lived in the Normandy House for over two years (in two different apartment rooms) and have loved my experience. Like some of the other comments, I was slightly worried after reading some of the older reviews. However, I can comfortably say I have experienced almost no issues here. No bugs, quiet and comfortable, and I can go on. The building is very well run under current management, especially Nicole, who is always responsive, helpful, and friendly. Maintenance has been super timely and helpful. Reported an issue with our bathtub faucet and Abraham came up right away to fix it, and even cleaned the bathtub and bathroom floor for us.
