Writing this review for the best maintenance man ever, Abdul! A true gentleman, has been in our apartment twice and fixed issues no problems, always with a smile. Additionally, goes above and beyond what is required- looking at aspects I didn't even know could be improved (such as water pressure in sink). This review is for Abdul!
Fadil, concierge team, maintenance team, leasing office have been super helpful and flexible for my move. Thank you! Fadil has been super nice with printing and helping hold a package. He’s been awesome since I moved in 2-3 years ago! Also, Abraham was very helpful for a maintenance request and quickly made repairs within the day.
London Normandy is a good place to live. Great view from the rooftop. The thing which works for me the most is the location and connectivity.

My partner and I have lived at the Normandy House for two years and have just renewed our lease for a third year. We love that our unit has an abundance of natural light, plenty of space, and thick walls so we do not have to overhear our neighbors. Everyone in the building is very friendly, including the leasing office and concierge staff. We also greatly appreciate maintenance, who is incredibly responsive, especially to urgent requests.
