I’m giving 1 star because it’s not possible to give zero. The employee Leandro chooses the hours he wants to work, changed a part on my motorcycle and said the problem would be fixed a few months later, the motorcycle had the same issue again. In short, terrible service.
Phone line is worst i wait for 15 mins to connect my call to representative i don’t understand what receptionist will do in work shop where they were busy…..

I have been coming here for over a year but from 6 to 7 months ago the service been down forgotten screws my last visit was the worst so I booked a appointment for 10 am thinking it would not take more than 1h after coming around 3 times and showing/talking about to sort a front break pad and some light bulb . Come in drop the bike later on I had to contact them to know when to pick so they told me at 4/5pick up ,coming at 4.45 to be told it wasn’t ready an been made to wait another 2h more (complete disregard for costumers ... read more
