Don't use this establishment as a Purolator drop off point. 2/2 times I've used them They have no idea what they're doing. Currently I'm waiting on a refund for 2 echo dots and a vacuum accessory return. They didn't know to put the items in amazon bags, the guy just stuck the label on the packaging. The woman asked "Do I put these in a bag" to the person helping her. They should be decertified as a drop off point. I will NEVER trust they won't lose my stuff.
