Was advocating at a friend’s doctors appointment, as she is disabled. Dr. Mudher Al-Witry is one of the most inept, unfriendly, unprofessional and terrible physicians, I’ve ever had the displeasure of witnessing give medical care. I would not recommend this physician to my worst enemy. This clinic appears to be begging for new clients and I can see why. I’d give zero stars if I could.
The staff are amazing and attentive. Dr. Kongolo is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. He is great with kids. The waiting after check-in is always about 40 minutes or more. I can only assume that the reception is double booking people. The hours on Google are wrong. This medical center opens up at 9:00 a.m.
My family goes to three different doctors at this clinic and we are all very happy with the care and attention we receive. Very professional, very thorough, excellent people skills, very friendly staff.
The doctor has lost a few of my forms. Then when I emailed them more, I've received no response. The doctor said that he would fill them out on Tuesday and still nothing. Not very professional. The receptionists are some of the worst I've ever dealt with. How do so many people lose personal information??? It's unbelievable. Dr. Khan and the receptionists both are terrible. can't recommend Dr.Mohamed khan enough. He is not only a brilliant and knowledgeable family doc. but also one of the most compassionate doctors I've ever met. He took the time to listen to my concerns without ever making me feel rushed, and he explained my treatment options clearly and patiently. The staff was also incredibly friendly and efficient. I felt completely at ease and well-cared for during my visit". London Medical center is highly recommended!
